They stopped supporting the Upro MX in 2014 I think. I bought one and liked everything but the battery life. I feel that if they sold it and stopped supporting it they should have bought them back or given us credit towards a newer product.

Nothing happens when I connect my Upro to my computer. I am unable to connect to anything and cannot register or download anything. Please reply and instruct me with the necessary procedures to register.
